Bachelor of Computer Applications
I completed a Bachelor of Computer Applications from 2021 to 2024, covering core computer science foundations — programming, databases, networking, and related coursework — while staying heavily involved outside the classroom.
Computer Science Club
In my second year I co-founded the college Computer Science Club with friends. As a founding member I helped organize a wide set of student events:
- A multi-college hackathon that brought in students from across the city and neighboring cities, plus two internal hackathons for our own students
- A DSA-focused coding competition and a gaming competition
- Orientation talks for incoming first-year students on what to expect from the program and the industry
- Workshops on web development tools, modern developer workflows, and current tech trends
Teaching & mentorship
As a senior I regularly ran informal classes for first-year students — covering networking basics, how to show up on LinkedIn and Twitter, which tools to learn, and how to approach clients. That teaching habit carried directly into the internship leadership I do now.
By the end of third year I was already freelancing and building the professional bridge from campus into industry.
